Other Events.

On February 22, 2023, Graham Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it was awarded a renewable energy vacuum system with an anticipated value of approximately $5 million which is expected to be recognized as revenue over the next 12 to 18 months. The Company’s press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Report”) as Exhibit 99.1.
