Amendment Description This Amendment No. 1 on Form 10-K/A (the “Amendment”) amends the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2016 of Graham Corporation (the “Company”), as originally filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on June 1, 2016 (the “Original Filing”). The Company is filing the Amendment solely to amend: (i) Part II-Item 8 “Financial Statements and Supplementary Data” and (ii) Part IV-Item 15 “Exhibits and Financial Statement Schedules”, in each case to correct typographical errors relating to references to the dates of the audit reports (the “Reports”) of Deloitte & Touche LLP, the Company’s Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm. The correct reference to the date of the Reports is June 1, 2016. This Amendment is limited in scope to the portions of the Original Filing discussed above and does not amend, update or change any other items or disclosures contained in the Original Filing. This Amendment continues to speak as of the date of the Original Filing and we have not updated the disclosures contained therein to reflect any events that occurred at any subsequent date.
