Graham Corporation Announces Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2013 Financial Results Release and Conference Call

BATAVIA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Graham Corporation (NYSE MKT: GHM), a global business that designs, manufactures and sells critical equipment for the oil refining, petrochemical and power industries, including the supply of components and raw materials to nuclear energy facilities, announced today that it will release its results of operations for its third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2012, before the opening of financial markets on Friday, February 1, 2013, followed by a live webcast and teleconference at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Graham’s current fiscal year ends March 31, 2013.

During the teleconference, management will review the Company’s financial and operating results, strategy and outlook. A question-and-answer session will follow.
